Advertising Terms & Conditions By using the PayPal purchase, the advertiser agrees to pay the publisher the rates listed above.

Option #1: All payments are due at the time of submission of copy. Failure to tender payment at the time of submission shall result in a withdrawal of the advertisement in the issue.

Option #2 (Multi-Issue Contract): All payments are due at the time of invoice. If the advertiser should fail to submit payment within 30 days of the due date, a late fee of 1.5% of the amount owed will be assessed each month (Maximum of 18% annually,) in addition to any costs of collection or legal fees that may be incurred. Recognized advertising agencies earn a 15% discount if payment is received within 30 days. Advertiser and agency are both liable in the event of default. The publisher has the right to cancel any advertisement at any time without notice due to nonpayment. The publisher has the right to reject any advertisement for any reason, and the publisher will require other suitable advertisement be provided. The advertiser agrees to indemnify the publisher from all actions resulting in the violation of any leas in regards to submission for this publication. The advertiser further agrees that he/she/it is the owner of or has permission to use the advertising copy. If not notified in writing prior to completion of the Contract, the publisher will renew the advertisement at the annual rate. If the advertiser wishes to cancel the advertisement during the contract period, the advertiser must notify the publisher in writing forty-five (45) days prior to the nearest month of publication and the advertiser is responsible for the earned rate for all insertions up to cancellation.

Advertiser agrees to all the "Advertising Terms" of this contract.
